Face-to-face graded exams requirements

• Three pieces from the repertoire lists and a selection of scales, broken chords and arpeggios.
• Two supporting tests, chosen from Sight reading, Improvisation, Musical Knowledge, Aural Tests.

Digital graded exams
The same pieces options as in a face-to-face exam, but with reduced requirements in the technical work and with 20% of the exam marks now a performance assessment (see below).

Candidates will be assessed on how well the musical skills and knowledge that underpin the supporting tests are demonstrated within the context of their entire performance (ie. the pieces and technical work).
